Meeting all four of the following conditions is considered to have met the selection criteria:
1.More than 2 years of experience in a specific niche market area.
2.Total R&D expenses in the previous year were no less than 1 million yuan and no less than 3% of total operating revenue.
3.The company's total operating revenue in the previous year exceeded 10 million yuan, or the company's total operating revenue in the previous year was less than 10 million yuan, but the total amount of new equity financing (paid-in capital of qualified institutional investors) in the past two years exceeded 20 million yuan.
4. Score of 60 points or higher (scores include thirteen indicators in four categories: specialization, improvement, uniqueness and innovation; assessment results are calculated on the basis of points, the maximum score is 100) or one of the following conditions is met:
Receiving science and technology awards at the provincial level for the past three years and being ranked in the top three among awarded organizations; or receiving national science and technology awards and ranking in the top five of awarded organizations.
The average total R&D expenditure over the past two years has exceeded 10 million yuan.
The total amount of new equity financing (invested capital from qualified institutional investors) has exceeded 60 million yuan over the past two years.
For the past three years, the company has been ranked among the top 500 enterprises in the "Maker China" competition for innovative and entrepreneurial projects for small and medium-sized enterprises.
