Our company provides waste acid regeneration technology and acts as a general contractor for the supply of complete plants, as well as related services for maintenance, technical reconstruction, sale of spare parts, etc. This technology and equipment are mainly used in the following:
1、Recovery of waste hydrochloric acid from pickling cold-rolled sheet/silicon steel sheet in metallurgical industry;
2、Regeneration of spent hydrochloric acid during rope pickling;
3、Regeneration of waste hydrochloric acid from steel pipe etching;
4、Regeneration of hydrochloric acid filtrate in titanium dioxide chlorination industry;
5、Production of cobalt oxide powder from cobalt chloride;
6、Production of oxides of various metals from chlorides (regeneration of hydrochloric acid of chlorides of various metals)
Technological process and principle of acid regeneration technology

The spray roasting method takes advantage of the hydrolysis properties of FeCl2 at high temperature, sufficient water vapor and air, in a kiln, FeCl2 is directly converted into HCl and Fe2O3, where the HCl gas generated by the reaction and evaporated from the acid is absorbed by water, and the resulting regenerated hydrochloric acid with a mass fraction of about 18%. Fe2O3 flows to the bottom of the reaction furnace and through a pipeline into the iron powder storage tank. This method can recycle resources and also solve the environmental problems of acid waste and is a treatment technology promoted by the government. In spray calcination, the reaction temperature is high, the recovery rate of hydrochloric acid is more than 99.5%, and the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid disposal is about 18%, without secondary pollution; At the same time, the produced by-products can be processed as the main raw material for magnetic materials and can bring significant economic benefits. But this method needs large investment, large area and high operating cost, and it consumes large amounts of cooling water, electricity and fuel (natural gas, coke oven gas, mixed gas and so on). In the current acid cleaning process, steel mills mainly use hydrochloric acid to pickle the steel plate, the mass concentration of the acid cleaning solution can reach 110-130g/L, the mass concentration of free acid is large 30-60g/L, the amount of spent acid is large, the concentration of Fe2+, Fe3+ and Cl-ion is high, and the temperature of the spent acid is high.
