
At present, both at home and abroad, the main method for separating oxygenated coalbed methane is membrane separation, oxygen removal method, pressure swing adsorption (PSA) method, direct liquefaction method. After comprehensive comparative study of other low-enrichment gas separation technologies, Huaxi, based on its own low-concentration gas development technology, with complete analysis of the properties of the source gas, adopted pressure swing adsorption technology to separate CH4 and N2/O2 under micro-pressure conditions.
Gas with low concentration and methane content of 10 to 15% can be enriched up to 30% at a time for combustion and power generation, as well as secondary enrichment for natural gas production.
Installation scale: 2000~30000nm³/h.
