There are two main denitration methods (1) Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology and (2) Selective Non-Capital Reduction (SNCR) technology.
1、Technology Description
There are two main denitration methods (1) Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology and (2) Selective Non-Capital Reduction (SNCR) technology.
SCR technology has the characteristics of technical maturity, high efficiency, stable operation, no secondary pollution, etc., when the denitration efficiency requirement exceeds 70%, SCR technology is generally used. SCR technology provides denitration efficiency of more than 90%.
The denitration efficiency of SNCR technology on coal pulverized kiln is usually 40 to 50%, on circulating fluidized bed 50 to 70%, it is mainly used in small boilers and circulating fluidized bed boilers. SNCR technology does not require a catalyst, but requires completion of the denitration reaction in a temperature range of 800 to 1100 °C.
2、Specifications
The company can independently undertake the task of feasibility study, design, modernization, commissioning or general contracting. The mastered technologies mainly include liquid ammonia gasification technology (urea or ammonia gasification), ammonia gas distribution and mixing technology, dynamic analysis technology of thermal field, flue field and chemical reaction of flue gases, ammonia leakage control technology, catalyst selection technology for special flue gas conditions, personalized technology for the reconstruction of old units, jet positioning and targeted injection technology.
