Description of technology
The production of LNG from natural gas first involves the absorption of CO2, H2S and other acidic components of natural gas with an MDEA solution. The unabsorbed purified gas is dried after separating the liquid, then enters the cold box to produce LNG.
Specifications
(1)The use of wet CO2 removal technology with MDEA solution allows us to maximize the extraction coefficient of C2, C3 in the feed gas, increase the productivity and calorific value of LNG, and increase economic efficiency;
(2)Adopts wet CO2 removal technology with MDEA solution, CO2 removal accuracy is higher;
(3)Adopts TSA drying and purification technology, can deeply remove H20 up to 1 ppm, at the same time can further remove CO2, to further meet the requirements of liquefaction system
Applications
Natural gas and other feed gases rich in methane are used to produce LNG.
